Role Overview:

- We are hiring a Transfer Pricing Manager for our Hyderabad office.

- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing within a consulting firm.

- The role involves advisory, compliance, documentation, and litigation support while ensuring adherence to local and global TP regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advisory & Planning: Design and implement TP policies, including intercompany pricing structures.

- TP Compliance & Documentation: Prepare TP reports, benchmarking studies, and BEPS-related documentation.

- Audit & Litigation Support: Handle TP audits, assessments, and represent clients before tax authorities.

- Economic & Functional Analysis: Perform financial analysis, profit allocation, and comparability studies.

- Regulatory Updates: Stay updated on TP laws, OECD guidelines, and BEPS action plans.

- Client Management: Liaise with clients and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth execution of TP assignments.

Key Requirements:

- Qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant)

- Experience: 3-5 years of Transfer Pricing experience in a consulting firm

- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of OECD guidelines, BEPS framework, and local TP regulations

- Skills: Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills
