Account reconciliation, Process improvements, managing risk, innovation, vendor management, and data mining
Strong focus on risk and controls
Experience in Card Interchange Process
Required skills include superior problem-solving ability, teamwork, excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and execute tasks in line with priorities and dependencies in a timely manner
Manage the operational checker level activities related to the unit
Work with the team in identifying key process improvements and techniques to reduce cycle time
Work closely with the local and regional Technology teams for the identified re-engineering opportunities and implementation of the same
Managing regulatory/Association reporting for the unit within stipulated timelines with accuracy
Qualifications
CA/MBA from a reputed institute
Technical experience and strong understanding of Account Reconciliation
Current Location should be Chennai only.
