Manager - Transaction Advisory - CA (5-7 yrs)
- As a team player, you will apply your talents to a wide variety of complex, demanding and high profile transactions related to fund raising, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Your responsibilities will include: Preparation of deal books and financial models; Carrying out financial analysis and valuation
- Establishing and managing client data.
- Expert at communicating with different stakeholders: Client, Investors, Subject Experts, Execution team and the like.
- Worked in ample assignments involving Transaction Advisory services: Business Modelling, M&A, diligence and Valuations;
