Training Manager
- Leading training activities for PAN India.
- Follow-up with all Training Agencies/Trainers for identification of trainers, carrying out the preliminary screening & coordinating the training programs, including managing the training programs.
- Identification of training needs identified for all India Employees
- Keeping the training database updated
- Identifying and ensuring the operational training for employees.
- Ensuring the training activities within budget
- MIS report related progress in L&D (Man-hours spent/Budget vs. Actual/ coverage in different categories of employees/Planned training vs. Actual/variance)
