Role: Training Manager
Location: Pune
Reporting: Head HR
Role Deliverable: You will be responsible for identifying gaps in employee skills & competencies, developing training/evaluation materials, and delivering a tailored training program
Key role components:
- Identifies training needs and gaps in the organization in close cooperation with Training Specialists and Manager, Training
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers
- Evaluates the quality of training courses and continually implements improvements under the supervision of Manager, Training
- Provides inputs on the development of specific training plans, prepares training materials/documentation, and delivers content
- Administer new hire evaluations and provide immediate written/verbal feedback
- Coach/Mentor Early Career hires with best practice implementation and account management strategies, and other key elements of the Customer Solutions experience
- Accountability for ensuring all documentation and training material is up to date and useful, including Confluence articles and LMS courses
- Monitors best practices in the training and adult learning industries and introduces to the organization
