Manager - Training - FMCG/FMCD/Telecom/Retail (9-12 yrs)

CTC - 12-15 Lacs

Qualification - Any Graduate, Preferably BE or MBA.

Candidates from FMCG / Consumer Durables / Electronics & Mobile / Broadband)/Defence /Telecom/ ISP / DTH industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities - 

- Understand the business requirement and identify skills to be developed for various Security & Loss Prevention (SLP) roles such as Area Loss Prevention Officers, State Heads, Regional Heads including Outsourced roles such as Security Guards

- Create training content with the help of business teams (SMEs) basis SLP Operational Processes

- Creation of applications and automated platforms for training of resources at the base of the organisation and develop modules for 'train the trainers'

- Ensure execution of training as per monthly / annual training calendar, in coordination with the Regional / State SLP team

- Conduct Post training Assessment, Share performance feedback and map improvement areas

- Monitor and track scope vs actual training progress at the Head office and States.

- Analyse Security Incidents for key learnings and incorporate the same in training content

- Engage in development of Special Programmes such as awareness campaigns / newsletters / alerts on Security & Loss Prevention targeted at Store Staff

- Create an SLP Academy on lines with the other Business Academies for people development

Knowledge and Skills - 

1. Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) and electronic learning systems.

2. Ability to plan and deploy training across state. Strong eye for DETAIL

3. High level of interpersonal skills

4. Coaching and leadership skills - should be able to conduct these workshops

5. Ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization

6. Good MS Office Skills

7. Ability to accept and execute against odds / challenges

8. High degree of platform/application skills and good exposure to technical environment/tools/platforms
