Manager - Training Excellence - Telecom/Insurance Sector

- Strategic stakeholder in conceptualising, Content designing, implementation & assessment of training programs for various stakeholders including Train the Trainer as well as Staff of Clients.

- Content Design for various Training programs

- Designing & Implementation of DSSM Certification

- Management and designing of Digital Training Tools

- Assessment and follow up action of Training programs for Client Staff

- Training Effectiveness assessment and action thereof

- Monthly Rostering of Training Programs along with Client partners

- Training Programs with New Clients

- Quarterly Training & Assessment for Internal Sales Success team

- New Staff Induction training programs

- 7-10 years in Training function

- Full time MBA in any stream, Bachelors Degree

- Extensive experience in Training function in the distribution/ telecom/ insurance sector will be an added advantage

- Experience of Rural Marketing. For eg. Dairy products, solar equipment, NGO or selling financial products in rural India
