Training Manager - EdTech

- Creating and delivering sales training programs that supports an effective and motivated salesforce

- Partners with sales leadership team to assess training needs and develop programs focused on product knowledge and effective sales selling techniques and that will enable the sales team to maximize revenue potential

- Monitoring and analyzing sales team performance to evaluate the effectiveness of training and design follow up or ongoing program as needed.

- Complete training for all new hires and continual training for entire sales staff

- Discipline and provide coaching to salespeople as necessary

- Optimizing training processes for efficiency

- Collect and interpret data to determine effectiveness of training techniques

- Selecting and managing resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training

- Identify training requirements through stakeholder consultation and use of needs assessments and ensure they satisfy company requirements.

- Coordinate the technological resources and staff needed to create, coordinate, and deliver training.

- Ensure the effectiveness, accuracy, and authenticity of training materials and programs.

- Maintain knowledge of new training methods, strategies, and standards that apply to the organization or sector.
