Manager Training & Development - FMCG (Only Female Candidates Required)


- Development of training programs, content (functional & behavioral) for the sales force based on individual and organizational needs.

- Responsible for formulating monthly training calendar for the sales force and execution of the same across different geographies.

- Conducting Train the Trainer program to develop in house capabilities and tracking the progress of the trainers.

- Evaluate, measure, collect and track training effectiveness data and performance metrics for continuous improvement.

- Developing and implementing assessment mechanism for performance review of sales force.

The person will be responsible for managing following activities :

- Training programs for front line sales force (Classroom and OJT programs)

- Training programs for corporate functions - Functional & Behavioral programs

- Managers Development Programs

- New Employee Induction program

- Execution of Employee Satisfaction Survey

Other Organization Development related activities

- Design quality sales training programs

- Schedule individual and team training plans on a regular basis

- Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs

- Oversee training material and suggest improvements

- Choose the most appropriate training method per case (e.g. on-the-job training, seminars and simulations)

- Design onboarding session for new hires and sales trainees.

- Evaluate sales team performance to ensure incorporation of taught techniques

- Report on training program effectiveness

Experience

- Postgraduate in MBA/PGDM in HR from a B School, Minimum 6 years of work experience FMCG/ Personal Care in Training & Development - Sales. Only Female Candidates Required

- Candidate must have experience in managing front line sales force training and Managers Development programs

- Good understanding of training tools and methods

- Must have a vibrant and assertive personality and good communication skills to interact with function heads and understand training needs to design training plan

- Need a self starter considering the role requirement
