Role : Training Content Creation- Manager
Location : Mumbai
Reporting : Sr. Manager/ Chief Manager
Job Purpose :
To create training content for learning interventions of different sales channels, product trainings, sales support material including one-pagers, memory joggers, bite-sized learning etc. for enhancing the knowledge and abilities of our Sales & training force.
Key Responsibilities :
- To support in Training need analysis and implementation
- To liaison with different Channel stakeholders for training content
- To develop Functional Learning modules for all the sales channels
- To develop Behavioral modules to enhance team management & leadership capabilities of mid-level management.
- To conduct Train the Trainer program & deliver other training programs
- Create assessments for knowledge & skill evaluation of our sales force and trainers to analyze the learning effectiveness.
Qualifications :
- Graduate/Post-Graduate; Instructional Design Certifications
- 5 - 7 years with relevant experience in managing Training Delivery/ Training Content Development team
