Manager - Training & Content Development - Healthcare (5-7 yrs)
- To build content employee training and development needs into engaging learning courses.
- Meet training and development requirements by selecting appropriate instructional methods, defining time frames and preparing training materials in physical and digital formats. Structuring training courses being familiar with both classroom-style and web-based courses.
Experienced in Product & Process training.
1) Assess employees needs for training by identifying the skill gap.
2) Align trainings with the organizations strategic goals.
3) Designing detailed and engaging content for training delivery including topics, dates and number of hours required per course.
4) Develop training programs that make the best use of available resources.
5) Develop learning modules and other learning courses for employees by selecting materials with appropriate content.
6) Demonstrate training techniques to fellow trainers and skills to instructors and supervisors.
7)Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors.
