Location: Mumbai
Main Purpose
This roles has 4/5 key areas:
1) Manage the core Training admin team
2) Reporting- eg identify impact measures, manage data and deliver value add reports
3) Content development- eg conversion of content to SCORM, design and setup assessments
4) Training administration, including maintaining L&D systems (i.e. MyLearning and Workday)
5) Support project training needs- eg providing scheduling
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- At least 4 years- experience working in an L&D Training role
- At least 2 years working with IT systems, preferably HR systems
- At least 2 years of experience of MI reporting in a complex environment
- Some experience with e-learning content authoring SCORM software
- Some experience with feedback or assessment methodologies and tools
- Strong Excel skills, VB or database skills a plus

Details of responsibilities
Manage the core Training admin team
- Day to day management of a team of two
- Agree and schedule Business as Usual reports and processes]
Reporting
- Identify measurable indicators and ensure they are tracked with sufficient detail (eg Servicedesk tickets).
- Validate data and check accuracy within the team.
- Manipulate data to provide clear and accurate summary views- eg wordle, heat maps etc.
- Analyse data and apply agreed principles to make recommendations (eg content usage/feedback results).
- Enable self-service reporting wherever possible.
Content & Programme development
- Maintain a training calendar for any centrally/globally managed training programs, e.g. Managing for Results and Leading for Results.
- Conversion of content to e-learning.
- Creation of surveys and assessments.
- Design of courses- eg identify pre-requisites, follow ups .
- Employee Induction - working with regional HR to ensure we have a consistent on boarding induction program for all new joiners completed within the probation period.
Training administration
MyLearning administration
- Ensure end user workspaces are up to date and relevant.
- Create new workspaces.
- Apply and manage translations for content metadata and site.
- Work with vendors (eg Lumesse, Mantissa, Intuition, Cegos, Learning Nexus, IHRDC) to resolve issues and improve learning offering.
- Provide level 2 technical support, working with IT and the application provider on functionality enhancements, testing and configuring changes, communication to users and ongoing assistance to Super Users; including creating and maintaining of user guides.
Workday training record management and training data handling
- Bulk loading of blue collar training records.
- Monitor data quality and take actions to maintain.
Support project/programme training needs
- Schedule, coordinate and administer on-site training in local offices.
- Ensure training records are updated centrally.
- Participate in other L&D initiatives as a project resource as required.

- Training participation & employee satisfaction scores on training
- Additional KPIs on specific project work
