Manager - Trading - BFSI

We are among the largest option trading desks in India. We intend to expand the desk and also look at new avenues of growth in this space.

We were also among the largest issuers of structured products (MLDs) till a few years back. While the book has now considerably reduced, we may scale it back at a later time depending on opportunities.

What we are looking for :

1. While prior trading experience is not mandatory (since we will anyways train any new recruit in trading), traders with a good track record will be preferred.

2. If you are a fresher / no trading background, need to show a demonstrated aptitude for trading.

3. Very strong analytical/math abilities. While this is not absolutely essential for trading, it is required for structured products, which could be scaled up somewhere down the line. Therefore, an IIT and/or IIM candidate will be preferred.

4. Very strong motivation / drive to learn new things and a flexible approach, as new avenues could include trading in different time zones.

5. Compensation is flexible based on the background/skill set of the candidate.
