We are among the largest option trading desks in India. We intend to expand the desk and also look at new avenues of growth in this space.
We were also among the largest issuers of structured products (market linked debentures with exotic payoffs) till a few years back. While the book has now considerably reduced, we may scale it back at a later time depending on opportunities.
What we are looking for :
1. While prior trading experience is not mandatory, traders with a good track record will be preferred.
2. If you are a fresher / no trading background, need to show a demonstrated aptitude for trading.
3. Very strong analytical/math abilities. Therefore, an IIT and/or IIM candidate will be preferred. Coding skills (Python, C , C++) are an added plus.
4. Very strong motivation / drive to learn new things and a flexible approach, as new avenues could include trading a variety of products.
5. Compensation is flexible based on the background/skill set of the candidate.
6. Since the new recruit will be trained initially, relocation to Mumbai is mandatory.
