Required :
- 4-10 Years in agri based commodity trading.
- Sharp on commercials, with a strong attitude to be deeply abreast of competition.
- Negotiator and a deal maker
- Good Communication skills.
Education : MBA
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Good English communication skills is preferable
- Ability to take quick commercial decisions
- Target driven, focused on execution and problem solver
- Teamwork Skills - ability to work effectively with an indirect team

Job Profile:
- Collating relevant information and data
- Liaising closely with sales staff and inter-dealer brokers
- Determining market sentiment via research, valuation and data analysis
- Monitoring market performance
- Making prices in specific products
- Providing key parties with daily trading information
- Informing sales staff about market movements/prices
- Executing trades
- Gaining information from sales staff about client issues.
- Manage a team of agents to establish a supplier base for.
CTC can go up to 20 to 25 Lacs depends upon current CTC
