ROLE DESCRIPTION
Handling BTL for the relevant portfolio
- Channel development and program management of distributors
- Activation and promotions to be carried out nationally
- Understanding the National market for the portfolio thoroughly to be able to create the strategy for the development of category
- Understanding Brand Strategies and translating them for success in the market
- Create innovate methods to capture market through micromarketing initiatives like activation and visibility drives
- Planning budgets and effective execution of the same for maximizing the output
- Partner in Channel Development Initiatives
- Ensuring successful New Product Launches - Distribution & Volume
- Guide and support Divisions to generate higher and sustainable sales in the market
- Channel Development Initiatives
- Micro Marketing initiatives
- Competency building in the Divisions for effective execution of strategies

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
The candidate should have total experience of 7-8 years of FMCG sales experience. At least 2-3 years should be in Trade Marketing H.O. / Regional role.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
POST GRADUATION
MBA in Marketing from a decent school.
UNDER GRADUATION
