Position: Manager - Trade Marketing
Reporting to: NSM & Head Marketing
Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring product optimal product availability at retailer level
- Executing rapid new product launch availability and awareness at stores
- Coordinate with all sales channels: General trade, Modern trade and HORECA
- Increase effectiveness of BTL activations by ensuring 100% strategy execution
- Responsible for management and monitoring of Trade Marketing Investment and initiatives execution
- Planning consumer promos and brand promos
- Ensure 100% implementation of all trade schemes in operation
- Increase effectiveness of BTL activations by ensuring 100% strategy execution
- Managing Trade grievances
- Competitor's activity update, etc.
Requirements (Desires skills & experience):
- Work experience of minimum 4 years in FMCG industry
- Functional Knowledge / Relevant Experience
- Effective Communication Skills
- Computer Knowledge
- Analytical & Problem solving ability
- Result Oriented
- Enthusiastic and Initiative
