Education : Full Time MBA Require Skill Set : - Looking somebody who have initially worked in sales or handled distribution and then moved to Trade Marketing role. - Create and Own the Brand wise / State wise / Product wise Volume Plans along with Consumer Marketing Team for areas of responsibility. - Planning annual / quarterly calendar for regional trade marketing activities for GT/MT/FS Channel. - Incumbent should have sound exposure in Trade Marketing/Channel Marketing/Market activation - Formulate market schemes at unit level. - Ensure efficient and judicious use of direct market expenses for preparing new market schemes. - Finalizing the brand promotion techniques for different products to upgrade their sales. - Support the sales team to drive up the sales. - Driving brand visibility through market activation.
