Trade Marketing Manager - Consumer Durable Industry


Responsibilities :

- Design, develop and execute revenue-generating, joint marketing programs with our channel partners in support of customer acquisition targets and revenue goals.

- Conduct pre and post-program analysis to drive improvement.

- Develop and execute channel marketing plans, campaigns and lead-generation programs in support of partner prospecting & recruitment initiatives.

- Maintain forecasts on all channel-related marketing spend and manage to budget.

- In support of internal company reporting, develop and analyze metrics on channel marketing spend and return at both a program level and by key accounts. Adjust plans & objectives when appropriate.

- Support Area Managers with planning and execution of channel activities and events.

- Assist in the creation of external-facing sales and marketing materials in support of partner-facing program elements and customer-facing activities

- Contribute in the content creation process including collateral, blog posts, social media posts, email templates, presentation templates, etc.

- Ensure all channel marketing communications and content align with Cos brand strategies.

- Track competitive channel marketing programs as well as market and channel trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Assist Product Marketing in the development of sales tools including collateral, competitive positioning, go-to-market campaign content, etc.

Qualifications :

- MBA, FULL TIME

- FROM, FMCG / FMCD / CONSUMER DURABLE / LIGHTING / BUILDING MATERIAL INDUSTRY

- Partner-Facing ; Proven ability to define a B2C channel strategy, then lead implementation of tactics and programs

- Customer-Facing ; Proven ability to create innovative and comprehensive programs and campaigns with/for channel partners

- Able to manage multiple tasks, effectively prioritize and consistently meet objectives on time and within budget

- Proven capacity to excel in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, team environment

- Excellent oral, presentation and written communication skills and problem solving abilities

- ONLY NORTH BASED CANDIDATES PREFERRED .
