Manager - Trade Marketing - Consumer Care (3-5 yrs)
Job Role :
Traditional Trade :
- Design National annual trade marketing calendar for traditional trade and lead the integrated demand generation process by creating a pipeline of national promotions achieving an avg. volume growth
- Design and roll out loyalty programs for retailer.
Research and workshops :
a) Retailer satisfaction survey
b) Effectiveness of star clubs and results against objectives for loyalty programs.
Brand Visibility :
- Custodian of national trade visibility budget. Allocate budgets to regions basis region development stage and requirement.
- Develop National visibility manual.
Modern Trade :
- Design National annual trade marketing calendar and roll out both tactical share gain and strategic brand building promotions resulting in avg. volume growth
- Lead research projects and partner with key account sales team to design various workshops.
- Shopper behavior and understanding the POP trigger points
- Category management
- Promotions and evaluation process
- Modern Trade account planning
- Custodian of National visibility budget. Create market dominance through cutting edge visibility solutions.
- Identification of new channels and developing sustainable business models in partnership with Sales team: Activation of various outlet programme
