Trade & Logistics Manager - UAE

Job Opening for a Leading manufacturing Company in Dubai.

- Minimum 7-10 years of experience

- Manufacturing experience is a MUST.

- Must have last 3 years with a trading or manufacturing company.

- Should have good communication skills

- Prepare all relevant trade documentation for a smooth and discrepancy-free presentation of shipping documents

- Liaise with shipping companies, freight forwarders & 3PL's for all shipment activities

- Ensure loading efficiencies, minimize shipping lead times

- Manage relationships with shipping, logistics, and other trading vendors

- Monitor and scrutinize of Letters of Credit, documentary collections & all trade finance instruments.

- Monitor all import/export flows

- Liaise with supply chain team for all trade documentation & Remittances from customers/to suppliers

- Liaising and maintaining relationships with the trade finance team at banks.

- Manage back-office documentation, filing / archiving.

- Ensure compliance to legal regulations and company policies
