Manager - Trade Finance - Oil & Gas/Infrastructure (7-13 yrs)
Job Purpose :
- Trade Finance including Non-fund limits management.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Letter of Credit and it bills issuance/rollover/payments/ Liasoning with banks for discounting.
- Foreign Letter of Credit/Stand By Letter of Credit/ Buyers Credit/Suppliers Credit issuance/rollover/payments/ Liasoning with banks pricing.
- Bank Guarantees issuance/rollover/Liasoning with banks for various confirmation.
- Accounting/reconciliation of all charges in relation to trade transaction in SAP - TRM module.
- Documentation/Negotiation with bank for Non-Fund limits allocation.
- Monitoring timely payment of all due in relation to trade finance activities like LC, LCBD, FCL, Buyers/suppliers credit.
- Coordination with different team members for information in relation to trade finance transactions.
- Ensure correct and proper record keeping of trade transaction.
- Reconciliation of bank information with Books of accounts fortnightly basis.
- Hedging of existing and future transaction and its utilization in effective manner.
Deliverable :
1. Timely execution of trade transaction
2. Timely reporting to management
3. Ensure monitoring and compliance of trade finance transaction
4. Ensure smooth Audit & month end activities in relation to trade finance transaction.
