Job Title : Manager Finance.

Qualification : Qualified Chartered Accountant.

Experience : 3-4yrs.

Job Location : Bangalore.

Client Profile : Smart Meter Manufacturer.

Reporting To : CFO.

Job Profile :

- Monitor daily bank planning and prioritize payments to ensure smooth operations.

- Handle the annual credit appraisal for working capital limits.

- Manage the issuance of Letters of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantees (BG).

- Maintain and improve the company's credit ratings by liaising with financial institutions.

- Follow up on customer collections to ensure timely payments.

- Review Performance Bank Guarantees (PBGs) and ensure compliance.

- Oversee import payments and ensure proper documentation.

- Handle custom clearance processes and regulatory compliances, including IDMS.

- Ensure company assets are adequately insured and handle policy renewals.

- Coordinate with insurance providers to manage claims and mitigate risks.

- Lead the tax audit process, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

- Handle income tax assessments and liaise with tax authorities.

- Assist in the statutory audit process and ensure timely closure.
