Manager - Trade Finance - BFSI

Note : This position is based in Mumbai but would be coordinating Singapore Branch

Reports to: Branch Head Singapore

Supervises: NIL

Coordinates with: Team

Travel: Yes, both within Mumbai and overseas.

Academic qualification:

Essential: Graduate in Commerce/Economics/Business Management

Desired: PG / MBA in Finance

Experience:

Relevant: minimum year 3+ in FS industry/ minimum 3 years experience in Trade Finance Execution

Total: 3-6 years in financial services sector

Primary Responsibilities:

- Independently prepare the IM for trade finance proposals

- Liasoning with International Banks for executing the Mandate

- Analyzing the Financial statements, Business Model, Working Capital Cycles, and assessing the credit worthiness of the Corporate.

- Liaisoning with the Company for understanding the Business model in terms of Trading activity (end to end transaction).

- Identifying new Banks and clients in Singapore.

Skills:

- Must have good knowledge of International Trade Finance and related activities.

- Experience in handling Trade Finance dealings.

- Should possess good negotiation skills

- Must have excellent communication skills.

- Must possess good writing skills for preparation of IM and understanding of various other financial statements.

- Should be presentable
