Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end compensation strategy.
- Design and establish ESOPs.
- Manage annual appraisal, bonus, and increment cycles.
- Perform Compensation and Benefits benchmarking exercises.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders on financial budget and control.
Preferred Candidate
- Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably in the manufacturing space.
- Good understanding of the compensation and benefits function.
- Has a hands-on approach to tasks provided and result oriented.
- Strong experience in ESOPs, sales incentives, variable pay, and statutory compliances.
