We are hiring for Comp &amp; Ben role for the IT organisation, based out of Bangalore: - The main objective of the role is to develop and implement the rewards strategy of the organization. - Advise &amp; partner organization leadership in develop a competitive rewards strategy to cater to the evolving business context - Work with managers and HR business partners to implement appropriate engagement &amp; retention strategies for top talent - Oversee implementation of reward programs (base pay revision, short &amp; long term incentives, benefits) within established guidelines - Research, Identify &amp; Implement measures that optimize the organization wage cost structure - Work with department leaders across groups to ensure highest level of governance and compliance in matters related to Compensation, Social Security &amp; Benefits - Review external &amp; internal benchmarks and establish competitive salary ranges.
