Manager - Total Rewards - Consulting Firm - IIM/XLRI/TISS/MDI (2-5 yrs)
- As our Reward Manager, you will be a key figure in the team, and responsible for managing, developing, and implementing the group reward strategy, ensuring alignment with the business and people strategy, driving business performance and engagement of talent.
- You will also operate as a trusted and influential advisor to leaders, managers, and HR teams on all areas of reward, including activity in relation to the annual reward cycle and project activity.
Required:
- Graduate from a Tier 1 college
- 2 to 5 years experience in Total Rewards only.
- Should have seen at-least 2 cycles of total rewards in a 360 capacity
- Strong analytical and excel skills, working with high volumes of data from various sources including HR systems
- Confident with the ability to influence and positively challenge
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to interact and influence up to senior executive level
