Role Summary:

- Reporting to the Director, Total Reward, Asia Pacific, the incumbent will be based in India and is part of the regional Total Reward team delivering a seamless reward service.

- The incumbent will work closely with global reward colleagues as well as the HR teams in the region.

- We have an off-shore Total Reward Global Programmes team who manage global activities e.g. annual merit and bonus reviews, recognition and wellbeing programmes and provide data analytical support for the on-shore regional reward teams.

- The incumbent is expected to act as the interface with the Total Reward Global Programmes team to ensure global compensation programmes are successfully delivered within region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Has a firm understanding of the Asia Pacific regional priorities and how these impact Total Reward

- Working collaboratively with the Total Reward Global Programmes team, regional HR, finance and other stakeholders, support the Director, Total Reward, Asia Pacific to deliver reward operations including:

- Salary benchmarking,

- Annual merit review,

- Annual incentive programs,

- Recognition programs,

- Benefit programs etc

- Working with the Director, Total Rewards, regional HR and the People Hub, support the development, continuous improvement and day to day management of Regional Total Rewards governance and operations

- Manage stand-alone projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget and meeting expectations as requested by both business stakeholders and the Director, Total Reward, Asia Pacific

- Participate and contribute to regional and global reward projects

- Provide reward support and training to HR, recruitment and line managers.

- Act as an escalation point for HR, line managers and employees where detailed reward input is required

- Develop in-region communication to support the understanding and appreciation of in-region reward programmes

- Management of in-region reward vendors

- Maintain up-to-date awareness of local legislation to ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks.
