Job Description Team/Department - TQM/Manufacturing Business &amp; Location - Engineering Plastics Business - Gurgaon Reporting to Head- Manufacturing Purpose - To enable Engineering Plastics Business, achieve operational excellence and become a world-class manufacturing entity, by designing and implementing strong TQM interventions and co-creating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. - To implement Quality Management System such as TS16949, ISO 9001: 2015 within EPB Principal Accountabilities &amp; Responsibilities - Ensure a robust Daily Management system across processes to achieve QCDSM benefits on a sustainable basis - Provide facilitation in the implementation of TQM practices in various processes - Timely review of plant operations to ensure full capacity utilization and safe and efficient manner. - Act as a custodian of systems and procedures - To establish a system of daily management and policy management in all the processes. - Institutionalize SRF management way in SRF-EPB - To educate the employees on various principles and tools of quality management. - To train and provide guidance on problem solving techniques and other SPC tools - To upgrade level of operators through establishing a system of evaluating their skills and knowledge on the basis of skill matrix. - Ensure involvement &amp; participation of all people - Compliance to TQM road Map - To conceptualize a road map for TQM Implementation, monitor its progress and provide facilitation wherever needed - Ensure effective Annual Planning exercise - Implementing annually planning cycle by deployment of unit level directions and control points to various processes and down to operating level - To establish a system of policy management in all the processes - Ensure Active participation of employees in improvement initiatives - Coordinate T.I.E (Total involvement of employees) activities across the plant - Ensure certification of model machines to step3 of autonoums. - Institutionalize best practices &amp; system under TS16949 and ISO 9001:2015 - To act as Management Representative to maintain the Quality system (QMS, EMS ) in line with the requirements of ISO/TS16949 / ISO 9001:2015 standards so as to ensure conformance to the laid down procedures &amp; standards - To conduct regular internal audits and facilitating for convening Management Review committee meetings(MRC) Position Specification Role - Sr.Executive/Asst.Manager TQM (Engineering Plastics) Qualification - BE/ B. Tech. Mechanical + Certified in Quality Work-exp. - 3 to 6years Location - Gurgaon Industry preference - Auto/ Plastic/ Polymer
