Looking for TPM manager for a renowned FMCG group to be based at factory,
Should be Graduate Engineer with Minimum 8 years experience in TPM,
Manufacturing Excellence.
Profile :
- Leading Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) at factory.
- Tracking Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE)
- Ensuring implementation of TPM Master plan
- Train associates on TPM Activities .
- Develop TPM formats for all Pillar activities.
- Provide support to Plant Manager.
- Provide support to pillar teams to achieve set targets.
- Implemented 5S in the Plant.
- Audit of all TPM pillars on monthly basis.
- Working knowledge of Tamil / Malayalam language.
