Job Description : - Setup a team of Title Searchers and leading them. - Training of the Title Search team. - Conduct and review Title Searches in addition to training and leading the team. - Actively participate in operations of Title Search for multiple states of USA and handle the TAT's. Desired Skill Set: - Strong knowledge of Title Industry - Experience in Two Owner Search, Limited Search and Full Search. - Experience and knowledge of online sites / applications such as Netroline, Data trace, Title point, Data Tree etc. - Knowledge of MS Office - Leadership quality and ability to manage the project as well as the team. - Should be open to work in the Night shift - Ready to relocate to Mumbai / Pune.
