Manager - Third Party Quality Audit - Food Safety - Manufacturing Unit (10-14 yrs)
- Conduct value added quality audit & training of 3rd party manufacturing units for raw materials, packaging materials, sugar, chemicals, food items, consumables etc.
- Ensure compliance as per FSSAI standards
- Form audit standards, design checklists, audit schedule, process improvements
- Design training templates on food safety, quality & management systems
- Responsible for Food Safety laws & standards, implementation of HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, BRC etc
- 90% work is audit; Travel 20 days a month; dynamic personality
- Completed Lead Auditor training in Food Safety Management Systems; Auditing and Training experience of minimum 5 years in food industries/beverage manufacturing
Required BE/BSc/MSc/Diploma, 10- 14 years of experience, 32-38 years' of age
