Job Description :

Day to day activities involve :

- Bid Preparation

- Undertaking timely and necessary steps and coordination with Group Co-ordinators for bid preparation, in line with tender MIS

- Generating templates and preparing generic approach and methodology for GCs

- Maintaining Database of customised CVs (sector-wise)

- Client follow up on Bid Status and sorting queries related Bid submittals

- Searching for consortium members & sub-consultants, and manitaining database

- Maintaining database of potential consortium members & sub-consultants sectorwise

- Preparation of pre Bid queries for GCs after scrutinizing Tender thoroughly

- Maintaining Tender filing records - CVs, Credentials, PDS etc, systematically for easy retrival

- Marketing

Travelling Required: As and when required
