Manager - Telesales - BFS (10-15 yrs)

- Responsible for Revenue Generation by managing teams of Tele Sales and Services Executives, TLs & Unit Mgrs - and making sure they generate leads and convert them into sales. Ensuring delivery on productivity along with product mix.

- We are looking to for an experienced Telesales Manager to head up our growing Telesales team. As a Telesales Manager, you will be responsible for setting weekly and monthly sales targets, training new Telesales staff, designing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring the performance of the sales team, and handling escalated customer complaints.

- To ensure success as a Telesales Manager, you should have experience with Telesales, advanced managerial skills, and the ability to multitask. A top-notch Telesales Manager provides strong guidance and assistance to the Telesales team, ultimately boosting company sales.

Telesales Manager Responsibilities:

- Meeting with TL's and Tele Sales and Services Executives to discuss Telesales strategies.

- Training junior Telesales staff.

- Writing sales scripts and customer answer sheets.

- Implementing sales strategies.

- Managing the Telesales team and assisting junior staff.

- Monitoring the performance of the sales team.

- Setting weekly and monthly sales targets.

- Maintaining customer relationships.

- Handling escalated customer complaints.

- Compiling and presenting sales reports.

Core Competencies :

- Strong business acumen in B2C, B2B selling market.

- Proven track record of Handling team and Sales Performance

- Pleasing personality to provide personalized services to high net worth individuals.

Key Deliverable:
- Monitor and manage productivity from a team of Telesales Executives, Team Leads, Unit Mgrs

- Attrition Control

- Segregate the leads across the executives

- Coordinate with the collection team.

- Ensure that the executives meet the hourly/daily/monthly targets

- Motivating and driving the executives towards incentives

- Conduct morning meetings with their team members and discuss the target status

- Coordinate with the collection team

- Review the performance of their team members and report their performance to the Telesales Team Leaders, Unit Managers

- Managing monthly revenue approx 90 lacs - 1 cr
