Tech Project Manager

- Contractual role for 12 months based out of Mumbai. First month can be performed remotely.

- Our client, a big 4 consulting firms, is working on large transformation project for a Bank. They are looking for a Project Manager to join their team. The consultant will be embedded into the team and run the PMO activities.

Below summarises the role :

Requirement :

1. Elicitation, Requirement gathering from business users and reconciling, disseminating high-level information into detailed user stories

2. Identify project delivery issues and risks, assist with mitigation strategies, and escalate where necessary

3. Evaluate effectiveness of solution delivery, processes and methodologies and make recommendations for continuous improvement

4. Discuss with stakeholders and assign business priority against individual components of a change initiative

5. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels across Business users and technology teams

Key Skills :

1. Prior Experience of large scale transformation experience in retail banking, digital banking implementations/ customer journeys digital channels, online/ offline banking

2. Should have experience in both Project Management Methodologies: Agile & waterfall

3. Should have knowledge of all operational aspects of IT infrastructure for a banking client

4. Experience in integration with other components like PCF (Pivotal Cloud Factory) is preferred but not mandatory

5. Ability to traverse complex networks within the client organisation and seek required approvals/ resolutions
