Designation : Manager, Technical training, Audit National

- A Qualified CA

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assisting in developing training programs and specific session outlines for assurance practice

- Research and preparation of technical training content, including interactive e-learning content, in line with the learning objectives of specific assurance training programmes

- Ensure compliance with the firm's standards with respect to developing training modules

- Delivering trainings to Audit staff on various accounting and auditing technical topics

- Ensuring timely completion of planned projects of the team and roll out of the mandated minimum training content for all staff levels

- Helping in administrative tasks including maintaining and updating existing technical training content, coordination with subject matter expertise teams as and when required for technical content etc.

- Assisting the technical training leader in meeting overall technical training objectives.
