Description :
- The incumbent will be instrumental in end to end tech hiring, scaling up the organisation in India and internationally
- You will drive the hiring strategy for the organisation to attract high calibre talent and help them become an employer of choice for prospective candidates.
- You would need to leverage recruiting expertise to support organisation's business and growth objectives.
Profile :
- Minimum 4 years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition within technology hiring with a product/internet organisation
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholder management is a must
- Strong business acumen with eagerness to explore risk
