- The purpose of this job is to effectively manage the claims assessors- involved in processing of all types of claims by giving them proper directions and ensuring that the IRDA stipulated timelines are adhered to. - It also includes ensuring that only legitimate claims are paid by carrying out investigations of suspicious claims. Accountability - Review all claims to ensure compliance of the stipulated guidelines by the respective authorities like IRDA, etc. - Manage the risk of fraud associated with the claims. - Execute the integrated claims system to cater to all general needs involved in claims management (data updating, monitoring, claim requirement administration, etc.
