Manager - Taxation - Refining/Minting Facility (2-5 yrs)
- You will be responsible for all Direct Tax matters of the company related to Tax returns, reporting and MIS, statutory compliances, Tax assessment, Tax department coordination, Tax planning, Transfer Pricing & International Taxation.
- You will be responsible for filing all Direct Tax returns as per timelines including advance tax planning and submission.
- You will be responsible for efficient tax Direct planning for the company ensuring that we avail all tax benefits applicable to the company.
- Handling all departmental queries and Assessment orders
- Nurturing relationship with tax authorities and maintaining cordial relations with tax department
- Represent the company in all tax and legal cases before the authorities and help in resolving the same.
- Responsible for successful completion of various tax audits
- Representing company in various forums, tax advocacy i.e. representations to govt. authorities for the benefit of the industry
- Automation of Tax Returns and Reporting
