Taxation Manager for leading Manufacturer


Urgently looking for qualified CA for leading manufacturing at Jharsugarh Odisha.


Candidate must have good knowledge on Taxation. Must be having good knowledge on direct tax & Indirect tax.

Key result Areas :


- Litigation: Streamlining pending litigation pertaining to the taxes by representing the same before the revenue authorities Managing refund, assessment, closure of licenses by coordinating with tax authorities Managing department audits


- Audits: Finalizing Annual GST return (GSTR-9) and GST Audit (GSTR-9C), Form 3 CEB and transfer pricing study & finalization of tax audit including preparation of Form 3CB and its annexures thereof; tax position paper and unit tax computation Handling SOX Audit, Internal Audit and Statutory Audit from tax perspective


- Automation: Implementing S4Hana from tax perspective; automating MEIS License and Advance License Monitoring Tax Transformation project for GST at sector level Compliance: Steering efforts in filing GST Returns and TDS returns, while, managing withholding tax related queries in sync with DTAA of India with relevant countries Ensuring 15CA-CB compliance during foreign payments;


- Computing Deferred Tax Asset/ Liability as per Ind AS 12 and Advance Tax working Preparing Monthly IDT - MIS, to keep track of IDT receivables having working capital impact Other Projects: Established Branch Office of a foreign Company in SEZ Unit, Extended advisory services to the company for upstreaming opportunities through tax planning Worked towards the adoption of SVLDRS scheme
