Typical responsibilities may include Advise clients on various critical issues related to all arenas of Indirect taxes such as customs, excise, VAT, service tax, GST etc. - Structured various transactions and agreements for indirect tax efficiencies. Monthly GST payment. - Ensure Strict Compliance of Central Excise, Service Tax, GST Laws. - Develop Internal Systems to control day to day activities in terms of Central excise, Service tax, GST laws. - Review related GL's and Creation of new tax codes for GST. - Prepare GST payment summary at State level after including output liability/RCM Liability & Input Credit details - Filling the data for GST returns (Form 3B, GSTR 1, GSTR 2 and GSTR 6). - Preparation & Realization of all types of refund claims. - Raising invoice for Input credit distribution under ISD mechanism . - Maintenance and review of cenvatable documents
