Job Description :
As a Taxation Manager, your role will mainly entail handling of litigation issues with the Tax Authorities, tackle hearing with the assessment officers and Tax Commissioners, and be able to represent the organisation as and when required. The person should be thorough with Direct Taxation and Transfer Pricing Law and procedures.

Description :
As a Taxation Manager based out of the Mumbai City office, your responsibilities will include :
- Handle litigation issues with the Tax authorities, tackle hearing with the assessment officers and Tax Commissioners.
- Possess excellent knowledge in Direct Taxation and Transfer Pricing Law and procedures and a little overview of Indirect Taxation.
- Should be able to perform as an individual contributor, and able to comprehend the finance/tax information being provided to him.
- Represent the organisation in various tax offices in Mumbai City and outside and be able to tactfully deal with tax issues.
Profile :
A successful Taxation Manager based out of the Mumbai City office, must be a Chartered Accountant(CA) with 7-8 years of experience. He should be street smart and possess extremely good communication and presentation skills to represent the organisation in front of the Tax Authorities. A prior experience in Transfer Pricing is a must.
