What will you be doing-   - Manage the tax functions, particularly GST and Customs  - Working knowledge about compliances under Central Excise, Service Tax, VAT, Customs, etc  - Hand on GST  - Working knowledge about Direct Taxes would be an advantage  - Experience about returns, assessments, audit  - Ensure that the Company is compliant from an indirect tax perspective, globally.  - Intimate head of taxes, about the noncompliance areas in a timely manner and steps taken to ensure compliance  - Ensure that the books of accounts reflect the fair and correct tax liability and various tax exposures  - Manage and coordinate with members of other functions, clients, prospects, vendors, regulatory authorities, consultants and advisors  - Manage and deliver assignments and targets, to time and quality  - Frame and institutionalize policies, processes, and guidelines on corporate tax matters to support business, protect from tax exposure, smooth and predictable functioning of tax department  - Play pro-active role in all assignments from tax perspective  Who are we looking for :  - ICWAI or CA Final preferred  - 5- 7 yrs of experience in medium to large organization or reputed audit firm  - Experience in direct and indirect tax function and handling assessments  - Proactive and have the drive to work under pressure.  - Should be someone who is updated with the latest trends and processes in the tax domain so as to ensure consistent compliance to the same by the company and group companies  - Should possess extraordinary project management and leadership skills  - Team player  - Interpersonal skills
