Role & Responsibilities :
- Ensuring timely filing of Income Tax return and supporting tax auditors for completing tax audit on timely basis at group level
- Ensuring timely payment of TDS liability, filling of TDS returns and Rectification of E-TDS returns
- Advising on withholding tax obligations on payments
- Validating documents related with taxation in case of foreign payments
- Computation and Payment of Advance/ Self-Assessment Tax at Group Level.
- Handling of Income Tax Scrutiny Assessments and Appeals
- Finalization of the Provision for Tax and Deferred Tax for periodical Financials
- Ensuring timely payment of GST liability and filling of GST returns
- Advising the group accountants on complex GST matters
- Preparing reply corresponding to notices issued by GST Department
- Review of all the agreements and contracts for tax effectiveness
- Reconciliation of ITC as per GSTR-2A & GSTR- 3B
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Qualified CA
- Must have worked with Manufacturing companies.
- Should have good knowledge in Direct & Indirect taxation.
