Key responsibilities:
- Compliance with the provisions of Income Tax Act & Rules
- Drawing out a defensive plan on various litigation that the company faces and co-ordinate with lawyers
- Drawing a defensive mechanism against potential risks/levy associated with taxation
- Co-ordinate with the auditor to ensure the tax audit plan is executed
Experience:
Candidate should have atleast 3 yrs. Experience in dealing in District Taxation.
Previous Experience Desired:
- Understanding of emerging trends, issues and challenge in the field of taxation
- Strong commn and inter-personal skills
- Reasoning and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Indirect tax & SAP will be an added advantage.
