70 % Indirect Taxation & 30 % Indirect Taxation, Transfer Pricing
- Handle the Direct Tax (Income Tax) and Indirect Tax Compliance of the Company and its subsidiaries.
- Front end the various tax assessments and work closely with Finance team to achieve desired outcome.
- Transfer pricing compliance and audit, liaison independently with company auditors and tax consultants.
- Handle RBI and FEMA related compliances.
Domain Knowledge :
- Income Tax Litigation and assessments, GST compliance, FEMA and RBI Compliance, Transfer Pricing Compliance, ETDS, Tax Audit, GST Audit etc
