Job Description :
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST Returns, utilization of ITC, payment of GST liability
- Reconciliation of GST ITC as per Purchase Register Vs GSTR2A/2B.
- Ensuring smooth operations and compliance to E-Way bill, E-Invoicing related matters
- Handle GST Audits for all the locations and across all the registrations of the company involving liaisoning with Department, responding to notices etc.
- Smooth operations of GST accounting and reporting in internal ERP by way of a and process improvement projects handling
- Ensuring compliance to the HSN/SAC and GST Rates related matters internally externally as and when needed
- Development and implementation of effective tax planning strategies in alignment with the company's business goals.
- Supporting with advisory on GST related in business decisions
- Continual knowledge updating on tax laws and regulations.
- Direct tax related accounting, reporting and governance including transfer pricing, withholding tax,
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified CA
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a tax managerial role
- In-depth knowledge of Indian tax laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in tax software and MS Office
