Manager - Taxation - CA

Bizlumina Services is looking for a Chartered Accountant having relevant experience in managing Taxation, Finance and Accounts in a manufacturing set-up / industrial enterprise, for India operations of their German Client.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Independently supervising and managing with the help of subordinate(s), the day-to-day accounting, finance & taxation matters including but not limited to book keeping, monthly and annual closure of accounts, monthly MIS-reporting, audit coordination and finalization of annual accounts and audit documentation, direct and indirect tax compliances like tax payments and return filing for GST, TDS, other Income tax related topics, local liaising with banks & regulatory authorities to ensure smooth functioning of the business.

- Providing required reports & insights into the business to the German Management.

- Supervising processing of the Payroll, Professional Tax, PF and ESI Compliances and coordination with external consultants.

- Team management to ensure work execution & completion in systematic time bound manner.

- Ensuring adherence to all statutory timelines.

Reporting Hierarchy: The position holder will report to the CFO of the Company.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- A Chartered Accountant with minimum work experience of 4 to 5 years.

- Experience of working in a manufacturing set up.

- Should have experience of handling Export & Import transactions.

- Experience of Budgeting & Controlling would be an added advantage

- Good knowledge of TAXATION, Accounting Standards, Direct Taxation, Indirect taxation (GST/Customs), International Taxation/Transfer Pricing, Individual Taxation, Company Law, Government Promotion Schemes, Audit Documentation (tax/transfer pricing).

- Should have good working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Word.

- Exposure/knowledge of SAP/ Navision is preferred.

- The candidate must have good communication skills (spoken and written English).

- Positive attitude towards work, ability to work in a team, solution-oriented approach to the requirement, flexibility to adapt to changing business situations & willingness to learn and grow with the company.

- Prior work experience with a German / European organization in a similar manufacturing environment / set-up would be a plus point.
