1. Position: Tax Manager:

Years of experience - 1 to 2 years

Qualification - CA (Maximum 3 Attempts)

About the role: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Tax Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should be a Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in handling direct and indirect tax filings for corporate entities and expertise in GST preparation and compliance.


Direct and Indirect Tax Filings:

- Manage and oversee the preparation and filing of all direct and indirect tax returns for the company, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.

- Review and verify tax calculations and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate potential impacts to the finance and management teams.

GST Compliance:

- Lead the preparation and submission of GST returns, ensuring timely and accurate compliance with GST laws.

- Monitor input tax credit, tax payments, and reconciliation of GST-related accounts.

- Conduct regular GST audits to ensure adherence to compliance requirements.

Tax Planning and Strategy:

- Collaborate with the finance and management teams to develop tax planning strategies that optimize tax efficiency and minimize tax liabilities.

- Provide expert advice on tax implications for business decisions, mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.

Tax Audits and Assessments:

- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities during tax audits and assessments.

- Prepare and submit necessary documentation and responses to address tax queries and disputes.

Risk and Compliance Management:

- Identify and assess tax-related risks, implementing controls and procedures to mitigate potential risks.

- Ensure the company's tax compliance aligns with internal policies and regulatory requirements
