Manager - Taxation - BFSI - CA

Brief:-

- Candidate will be responsible for Comply with a provision of direct and indirect tax, especially with regard to GST.

- Computation of tax liability, timely payment, filing of returns and furnishing information for the purpose of assessments or another scrutiny by tax authorities.

- Implementation of new changes around GST.

- Maintenance and monitoring of system based computations for GST liability and credits.

- Reconciliation of input credits, cross charge, reversal against exempt supply of service.

- Manage litigation, respond to authorities, discussions with consultants and arrive at best course of action in the interest of the organization.

- Addressing queries from internal and external customers, related to tax on day to day issues.

- Interaction with tax consultants, life Insurance industry peers, on tax issues.

- Identifying potential areas of dispute with authorities and preparing for corrective action.

- Furnishing the information to auditors, management and other stakeholders.
